Romans blog series – Contents

Welcome to a series of posts on Romans – the Apostle Paul’s letter to the church in Rome. The main focus of this series will be chapters 9-11 of the letter. These chapters, particularly chapter 9, have been interpreted in various different ways. My aim is to demonstrate what I consider to be the correct interpretation. I will do this by considering the structure and context of the letter and then focusing in on these chapters, showing how the proposed interpretation fits with the context and structure of the letter, as well as being internally consistent within chapters 9-11.

I hope this series will be a blessing to you. I have done my best to be faithful to the text but I’m sure the series is not perfect. I would be interested to hear any views you may have, so please do leave comments whether you agree or disagree.

This page is the contents page for the series. It can be accessed by clicking on “Romans” in the bar near the top of the page. I will keep it updated with new entries once they are posted. The series is designed to be read in order. Please do sign up to the blog so you can be notified of new posts when they appear.
